Bus Shelter Consultation

We are considering replacing the metal bus shelters in the village with softer looking timber shelters similar to those shown below.

High Halstow Doctor’s Surgery

Since the up grading of the surgery there is growing concern that there is not always a doctor in attendance during opening hours. I understand that it is still possible to get an appointment to see a doctor when one is in attendance but no set regular times when a doctor is present. It is of course still possible to drop off repeat prescriptions… Please click here to read more October 2015

Recreation Ground New Footpath

There will be a new path being installed on the Recreation Ground running alongside Goodwood Close linking Ruggles to The Street. The works on this path will commence on Monday 17th August 2015 and will be up to two weeks before completion. From July 12 there are number of service changes on Arriva. Please find attached a summary of the changes affecting all services, and I have listed below in particular the changes on the 191 service.

1.1        This guide aims to provide practical advice for people who want to stand as a candidate in the Medway Parish Council Elections on Thursday 7 May 2015 in the Parishes of Allhallows, Cliffe and Cliffe Woods, Cooling, Cuxton, Frindsbury Extra, Halling, High Halstow, Hoo St Werburgh, St James Isle of Grain, St Mary Hoo and Stoke.

1.2      This guide provides information specific to the Parishes within Medway, and more importantly complements the guides produced by the Electoral Commission.  This guide does not set out to duplicate the information contained in the Commission’s guides. They will also be on display at the March Parish Council meeting on March 11th in The Memorial Hall from 8.00pm as well as the Boot Fair in The Village Hall on Saturday 21st March from 9.00 March 2015
