The Outdoor Gym Has Arrived
The outdoor gym equipment has now been installed on the Recreation Ground – between the back of the hall and the playground. The equipment comprises:
Chest press/seated row which is for working the entire upper body.
Cross trainer which improves muscle stamina and endurance and improves heart and lung functions.
Recumbent bike/Handbike which tones your upper body, improves heart and lung function and tones the legs and backside.
Please come along and try it, bring your friends and keep fit at the same time. There are instructions with all the machines and there is something for every fitness level, whatever your age.
And last but not least – it is FREE to use
