Wow !! What a show
The weather held long enough to allow for four shows over three days to well over 400 people.
Mark Skudder made the dame part his own leaving the regular dame, George Crozer to be 6ft 6 dwarf as only could happen in High Halstow. What is it with Parish Chairmen wanting to be the dame – is it part of the job description?
Scenery was excellent as in the norm with the painted scenery from Jane Crozer in particular being with the admission money in its own right. Costumes from Pauline Martin and friends were great as usual with Dave Harris providing one of the biggest laughs when he split his trousers half way through a scene
With all the cast, young and old alike revelling in their roles was a joy to be seen. What talent we have on the peninsula, something we should all be extremely proud of. Roll on the next show in June
