Lodge Hill Consultation Ends 13th January

Please find below a selection of photos provided by Ward Councillor Chris Irvine of the area proposed for the development of some 5,000 houses. Residents are reminded that the extended consultation deadline ends on the 13th January so please make your comments

Plans can be viewed online here. Responses can either be emailed to the planning.representations@medway.gov.uk or sent, marked for the attention of:

If you do respond you should include the planning number (MC/11/2516). The consultation date posted on the website is 6 December 2011 although we have been informed by Medway that we have until 12 December 2011 to respond.

    We must keep Trying… We can make a difference provided we shout soon enough!! Waiting until they start to move the roundabout At four elms will be too late

    And a Job ‘A Planning and Project Manager’ has already been advertiesed on the Job Centre website !!

    Having attended numerous Medway Council planning meetings in the past,and seen how they operate, I won’t hold my breath hoping for a u turn. Now that, ahead of the consultation dead line ( as said before),the’ve given the developement Outline Planning approval in “principal”,it’s probably “done and dusted” no matter what.
