I enclose a cheque made payable to High Halstow Recreation Committee in the sum of £50.00 as deposit against any damage loss or cleaning expenses. As regards the deposit I understand that if any damage, loss or cleaning requires the expenditure of more than £50.00, I will be responsible for the payment of the balance.

I agree to the terms and conditions of hire above and attached.

Cancellation notice of less than one month before the function will incur a charge, which will be determined by the Hall Committee.
